Transplant Care Coordinator Support
Each account is assigned a Transplant Care Coordinator (TCC). A TCC has a background in professional nursing licensed as an RN in at least one state. A TCC’s main role is to support your case managers to help them understand the Cigna LifeSOURCE referral process, contracts, data outcomes, consultative education and claims.
