Cigna LifeSOURCE Transplant Network® is a specialized component of Cigna Healthcare that offers customers access to high performing transplant providers with an enhanced benefit for customers with Cigna-administered coverage. The network is dedicated to managing and providing access to complex medical services, including transplantation, cellular therapies, and the associated medical and surgical services with the goal to reduce costs, reduce or eliminate unnecessary procedures, maintain or improve the quality of the transplant procedure, and improve the overall transplant experience for our customers and families.
Cigna LifeSOURCE Transplant Network®, one of the nation’s leading transplant networks in the industry, has contracts with over 800 transplant programs at more than 170 independent transplant facilities. We provide access to solid organ and bone marrow/stem cell transplantation while improving cost containment and reducing financial risk.
Our network is utilized by Cigna Healthcare as well as several of the leading Third Party Administrators (TPAs), Managing General Underwriters (MGUs), Health Plans, Employer Groups, Reinsurers and Stop Loss Carriers in the industry.
